Glad Tidings: The List of Top 600 Trademark Agents in China Was Published and Wuhan WEIPR IP Ranked Top 5% Nationwide

On November 22^nd, the List of Top 600 Trademark Agents in China directed by China Trademark Association was published. By virtue of its high-quality trademark agency service and good reputation in the industry, Wuhan WEIPR IP was successfully selected into the list and ranked top 5% trademark agents nationwide.

The List of Top 600 Trademark Agents in China was decided on the basis of official data after careful research and multiple rounds of argumentation. A systematic evaluation model was established with more than ten dimensions such as the number of trademark applications, trademark opposition cases, and trademark review cases. Based on this model, the more than 8,900 trademark agencies that have registered in the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration and have filed more than 54 trademark applications annually have been evaluated. A total of 600 trademark agencies have been rated as 5A, 4A and 3A agencies in terms of trademark agency service capabilities.

The release of the list poses positive significance in further standardizing the order of the trademark agency industry and promoting the sustained and healthy development of the industry.
