Wuhan Zhiquan Patent Agent, LLP Obtained Excellent Grade in Sample Inspection on Quality of Patent Application Documents

At the end of last year, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office conducted a random inspection of the disclosed invention patent application documents of 205 patent agencies inside and outside the province engaged in patent agency in our province in 2022 in accordance with the notice of Provincial Intellectual Property Office on carrying out 2022 patent agency industry “double random, one public” sampling work plan (“double random” refers to the random selection of inspection objects and random selection of law enforcement inspectors, and “one public” refers to the timely disclosure of the situation of random inspections and investigation results to the community). The Hubei Provincial Patent Agents Association was entrusted to organize experts to conduct random quality inspections of 612 invention patent application documents.

Based on the expert review results, the quality inspection of patent application documents of 205 patent agencies is now announced in three grades: excellent, good and qualified.
