The 2025 AIPPI World Intellectual Property Congress concluded successfully on September 16 in Yokohama, Japan. At this prominent event, WEIPR Group, led by General Manager Zhang Kai, made a remarkable appearance with a thoughtfully designed booth that featured interactive experiences and professional services. Capturing significant attention from global peers, the group demonstrated its commitment to establishing itself as a high-end international intellectual property service provider from Hubei, while continuously enhancing its professional capabilities and global outreach.

Chinese Cultural Elements Draw Global Attention
WEIPR Group’s booth artfully integrated traditional Chinese culture. The interactive “Arrow-Pitching Challenge” attracted numerous international participants, serving as both entertainment and a bridge for professional dialogue. Attendees were invited to try the ancient Chinese game—those who succeeded could select letters to proceed to further challenges and earn exquisite prizes. This culturally rich interactive experience became a standout feature in the exhibition area.

The booth design also incorporated elements of Wuhan landmarks such as the Yellow Crane Tower, highlighting the regional characteristics and cultural heritage of Hubei.

Intellectual property professionals from around the world left signatures and messages of support on a dedicated board after participating in the activities. These autographs came not only from experts from IP powerhouses like the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, but also from professionals in Belt and Road partner countries.

Substantial Progress in International Cooperation
Throughout the four-day event, the WEIPR team engaged in extensive and in-depth exchanges with global IP elites. The group successfully reached cooperative intentions with multiple internationally renowned IP law firms. Collaborations particularly focused on international trademark registration and cross-border patent protection, leading to tangible enhancements in WEIPR’s capabilities in foreign-related IP services.

General Manager Zhang Kai stated, “This congress has built a bridge for us to access the global market. It was not only an opportunity to showcase Hubei’s expertise in IP services but also a crucial step in WEIPR’s global strategic layout.”
Innovative Services with a Global Vision
Although the congress has ended, WEIPR Group’s journey toward internationalization is entering a new chapter. Each signature and message left on the board represents recognition and expectation from the global IP community for the services from Hubei.

WEIPR Group will seize this opportunity to further deepen its international development strategy and strive tirelessly to become a leading foreign-related intellectual property service provider based in Hubei. Adhering to its core values of “Integrity, Honesty, Professionalism, and Compliance,” WEIPR will continue to enhance its IP service capabilities and deliver an exceptional experience for clients both in China and abroad.
