On July 17, 2025, the All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) officially announced the First Batch of Patent Agencies Targeted Service Assurance List. A total of 986 high-quality agencies across China were rigorously screened and successfully selected. WEIPR secured its place among the first group of nationally recognized targeted service assurance providers by virtue of its outstanding capabilities in intellectual property services, high-caliber patent agents, and strong industry reputation, marking authoritative recognition of its service quality.
National Selection, High Standards
Empowering High-Quality Innovation
Guided by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and led by ACPAA, this initiative aims to enhance precision in aligning patent agency services with innovators’ needs. According to the ACPAA’s official notice, selected agencies must meet three core requirements:
1. Sign the Letter of Commitment for Targeted Service Assurance of High-Quality Patent Applications, strictly fulfilling industry self-discipline responsibilities;
2. Complete the ACPAA’s "High-Quality Development Pledge Activity" and adhere to the industry service convention;
3. Pass comprehensive evaluations across multiple dimensions including operational capability, agent qualifications, and credit standing.

At the announcement ceremony, ACPAA Secretary-General Zhao Jianjun emphasized that the list will serve as a key reference for innovators in selecting service providers, enabling precise matching between "high-quality innovation" and "high-quality agency services." A dynamic management mechanism will be established to strengthen industry oversight.
WEIPR will leverage this opportunity to further enhance its professional capabilities, align closely with innovators’ needs, and continuously optimize service quality. The agency will actively respond to the ACPAA’s call, persistently implement high-quality development principles, and strive to provide innovators with high-level patent protection, high-value patent cultivation, and high-benefit patent utilization, contributing to the growth of the intellectual property industry.
