Official Release of the 2nd Hubei Patent Award Winners List! WEIPR Helps Innovators Secure One Silver and One Excellence Award

On July 7, 2025, the Hubei Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the "Decision on Recognizing the Winners of the 2nd Hubei Patent Award." Through rigorous evaluation, two invention patents represented by WEIPR stood out for their outstanding innovative value and market transformation potential, winning a Silver Medal and an Excellence Award respectively. This achievement highlights WEIPR's professional strength in the field of intellectual property services.

After deliberation by the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Hubei Patent Award Selection Work Group, a total of 10 Gold Awards, 15 Silver Awards, and 20 Excellence Awards were granted. The total number of awards does not exceed 45, with design patents constituting no more than 5% of the winners.

Silver Award Patent:

· "A Hybrid Power Drive System" by Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd.

Excellence Award Patent:

· "An Information Conversion Method and System for SDN Architecture" by FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. and Wuhan FiberHome Technical Service Co., Ltd.
