During the recent Second China-Central Asia Summit, witnessed by both the Chinese President and Kazakh President, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan exchanged the Memorandum of Understanding on Intellectual Property Cooperation between the Two Agencies. According to the memorandum, the two nations will deepen collaboration in intellectual property to promote common development. This MoU has been included in the outcomes list of the Second China-Central Asia Summit.
