The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has announced modifications to its individual designation fees under the Hague System. These changes will take effect on January 19, 2025.
When designating the United States of America in an international application, the individual designation fees will be adjusted as follows. The same amounts apply to both the first and second parts, with payment required for each part separately:
