Hague System – Change in the Maximum Duration of Protection: Sao Tome and Principe

Sao Tome and Principe has revised its law so as to provide for a maximum duration of protection of 25 years in respect of industrial designs. The new period applies to all international registrations designating Sao Tome and Principe since February 9, 2017.
