Great time comes when osmanthus sends fragrant smell and the autumn breeze brings refreshment. In order to enhance mutual understanding between employees, as well as team spirit and cooperation awareness, WEIPR organized the 2021 Golden Autumn “Unite to Make Progress Together” themed team-building activity on September 25th, Saturday.
In order to better realize the significance of team building and perform its function to the largest extent, the Group leaders arranged and formulated a detailed activity plan.
At 9 o'clock in the morning, the bus chartered by company took all the staff to Yulin Villa in Jiangxia Yulong Island, where began a unique and leisure team-building activity. WEIPR-ers arrived at their destination at tenish, and then took a short break to reorganize.
At 11 o'clock sharp, in the lobby on the first floor of the villa, the administrative and human resources department came up with a birthday surprise prepared for the birthday boys and girls in September and October!
Next is lunch time when self-service Chinese kitchen and self-service barbecue sessions started. There were a lot of excitement inside and outside the kitchen. Colleagues suddenly transform into chefs, working together to cook delicious food. Sumptuous Chinese dishes paired with barbecue sending out tantalizing aroma left people craving for food. Everyone was drinking and chatting happily, and the atmosphere was so harmonious.
During the lunch time, Yu Hao, chairman of WEIPR, shared the company's development history and outstanding achievements with all colleagues present, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all employees and their families who have made unremitting efforts and contributions to the company's development. Finally, everyone toasted together to celebrate!
After lunch is free time. Everyone can fully let themselves go to enjoy one-stop entertainment including table tennis, chess and cards, karaoke, and e-sports., enjoy entertainment, and release work stress.
The team-building activity was successfully completed, which not only enriched the employees' off-duty life, but also enhanced the team's cohesion and sense of belonging to the company.
